By joining the BCFA participating companies can now access a group insurance “buying consortium” which leverages the purchasing power of 250+ companies to obtain group insurance protection for employees and their families.  Participating members are as diverse as small independent operations to large national organizations. Collectively, they enjoy the cost advantages and price stability of a much larger combined group. Individually, they have the flexibility to choose their own health plan design.
